The rooms were all spotless with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a wide array of outstanding meals. The public parking was nearby, friendly service. All the staff was superfriendly, fixed my issues.

I had a really fantastic stay at this hotel! the room was absolutely fantastic. It was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious for a London hotel. The bed was also really comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. Secondly, the location was perfect. With a bus stop right outside the hotel, it was so easy to get around and explore the city. Lastly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They made us feel welcome and were always on hand to assist. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Had a wonderful Christmas stay! The rooms were spacious and well kept. , the breakfast was yummy and included a variety of options. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and a nearby convenience store.

The check-in process was rough, and we had to wait for hours before being able to access our room. the cleaning staff were very persistent and would knock loudly on the door even when we had the "do not disturb" sign on it.
